Should you receive broken or unwanted item, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 3 days after delivery note been signed.  Please keep the original package with the goods and return it as is.  Please do not return the item(s) without prior contact with us. We are not reliable for any lose during the transportation

Returns & Exchange

C&C Fashion Collection will accept, for return or exchange items that are in new condition in its original package. For a full refund or exchange, please mail out your item within 15 calendar days from the date you received it. Items can not be returned or exchanged after 15 days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, Items must be returned unused with all original tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as boxes and dust bags.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved , we will initiate a refund to you in one business day.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
